Have you implemented the note 608749 to exlude the non-self referenced partner functions in CRM from ECC?
If so, the note 847740 should resolve the issue which is the modification for the note 608749. However, the note 847740 is a Pilot note now. So you could raise a OSS incident about this and ask for being added in the pilot list.
