The error you are getting becoz probably AA__003_CREDIT jobs doesn't exist in environment in which your importing the object. So for doing export n import you should export the related object too.
For doing mass export and import, follow the document. It's converted from Doc to txt so screen shot is missing.
PS: you need to do export of related object too..
