I don't know how the global filter (i.e. Characteristic Restrictions on the first tab page) looks like. I suggest to include Fiscal Year Variant 'V6' and also the Fiscal Years (can be via an input variable). Do those warnings then still occur?

Re. the warning message "Characteristic Fiscal Year has no Master Data for "V62016", can you please run the BEx Query using t/code RSRT and give information on the Message Class and Message Number?
