CRM Survey - have red asterix for a field, but does not block the survey save

I know the post seems dormant for long time but i have a requirement for which i need an answer urgently.

I have a requirement where in i have to showcase a field as mandatory i.e. a red asterix should be marked beside the field on the questionnare/survey but if the customer fails to update that particular field but fills other fields then also i shall allow the save to happen.

To summarise, the mandatory field sign is just to showcase and should not be a validation which throws a standard error of Fill in all Mandatory/Required Fields.
