Hello Saurabh .
I successfully implemented all the ultimate notes and SP-s , everything seems to be implemented ok .
When i debbug the consol during the My Inbox reload there are 2 errors as in the photo below 
and when i click on the Approve button it comes out the above error
Any Idea on this kind of problem ??
