how to get information sum attendance per business event type per cost center

hi all, now i'm trying to get information how many attendance per business event type that are charged on cost center. there are two tcode that can help this problem. the first one is S_PH0_48000476 which give report like below

based on that picture we can see that we can get information how many participants for each business event type. but above information is still lacking info on the training imposed on any department .

therefore we need the second tcode which is PV1B

from this tcode we can see the information about in which department this business event type imposed.

i really need to find is there any function module or bapi standar or table that can help to to collect these data so it can be use to produce report like these

sum per department

and create diagram like below.

this information will be represent to board member each month through dashboard.. i will really appreciate to anyone that can help me to solve this problem
