Thanks for the information. I have also reviewed that note prior to opening this message.

I got the reply from SAP. Their solution is to create the DL User ID in the ABAP stack (t-code SU01).

I tried and the DL User ID can be assigned as Reviewer now.

Below are my complete steps:

1. Create the DL User ID as  Dialog user.

2. Enter the email the same as from LDAP or DL.

3. Run the sync job for the Users. After this, the User DL will be available to be selected as Reviewer.
