Finally issue is resolved,pls find the RCA details below:
I have checked below things on OS level.
- The servers is in workgroup
- Did not found any abgplanet.com FQDN in “Hosts” file
- Output of “nslookup” command is “'UTCLBWNWGS.adityabirla.com”
- Couldn’t found any value 'UTCLBWNWGS.abgplanet.com' in OS registry but “abgplanet.abg.com” entry is available
RCA-
- The server is in work group so Primary DNS name was not set that is why OS couldn’t able to search Primary DNS Name, it was picking “abgplanet.com” domain name from “DNS Suffix Search List”.
- ABG Service Desk have installed SCCM client for patch deployment so they have set “abgplanet.abg.com” domain name in the client itself because of that “abgplanet.com” domain entry was exist in “DNS Suffix Search List”.
Solution-
- Set value in “DNS Suffix Search List” as “adityabirla.com” in server Group Policy.
