For selection Criteria--->

Go to  SE54--> enter viw name -->Goto tab Selection Conditions--> write the conditions

For use of Events :

Go to SE54--> enter the view name ---> goto UTILITIES--> Table Maintenance Generator --->  Environment----> Modifications ----->Events----> New Entries---> here you can select the event 26 and write the condition code in the Editor ...
