Est. Target Release date for SMP 3.0 SDK SP11 that supports .NET 4.6.1 is first week to 2nd week of February 2016. Most of the ATE or editor issues are tied to .NET 4.5.2 or 4.6 issues that was patch and fixed in a newer .NET version 4.6.1. To get this fix you need to use the latest SDK SMP 3.0 SP11.
This estimate is to our best intention but it may or may not change based on other factors like QA regression test or other issues. But for just estimating this will be a good enough.
