Not all MIME types are allowed by default in C4C and for a reason.
But what are the best practices for managing inbound mails regarding MIME types?
It is impossible to predict which MIME types to allow for all the contacts that could send an email to a customer service e-mail address. And if the customer/contact doesn't receive any response/bounce about those undelivered emails, they get lost forever (resulting in a bad service quality).
Wouldn't be possible to have some kind of monitor for those emails that are "rejected"?
