Hi,
Due to application requirement, i cant't use Rule to identify the Agent for work item. I am passing as multiline in Expression type agent.
I have maintained task as "General Task'.
When Agents table in blank, the work item is going to all users. Is there any to make work flow in error status if Agents table is blank.
