The second value in the scale has a value of '1', with a rate of $1.95. A delivery was created and the distance was calculated to be 68 miles. The result of 68 x 1.95 is $132.60, which is below the Freight Minimum of $350.00. The shipment cost for the delivery is showing $132.60. Why is the MINIMUM value of $350.00 not being used for the shipment cost?
