To clarify one obvious detail: what is the appID of the application? As Kenichi pointed out here: Re: Not able to fetch data from two offline stores in IOS, the service root for the KTSStore uses the appID variable. The service root for PTSStore uses "com.innovapptive.pts".
Is the appID equal to "com.innovapptive.pts", or "com.innovapptive.mworklist" ?
ALSO: what exactly is the first Connection Name in the screenshot--it looks like there are the characters "ngs" before "mworklist".
