I was just wondering if absence evaluation in Payroll has to be configured for Maternity Leave.
Although Maternity leaves are paid leaves for a fixed period of time but yes if an employee goes for a longer period then it may be a unpaid leave which Pay impact the Payroll process.
If the 2nd condition is true then what all areas will need to be taken care of for Absence Valuation in Maternity Leave.
Please guide on the same.
