Hi All,
The CRM Links are added to HOME page based on the settings maintained in the Navigation bar profile of the Business Role.
We should refer the table : CRMC_UI_CMP_MAP table to check the Logical ID.
Then configuration is maintained in the Define outbound plug, where the logical Link ID will be toggle to view the same in the CRM Links in the home page.
If you dont want any fields to display in the personlisation, customizing should be done in the outbound plug of the logical link. Just uncheck the logical link which you dont want to see in CRM links.
