SAP Authenticator 1.2.0 - Missing Mobile Single Sign on Option in Setting

Below image is from guide from scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-59553 pg 20. I do not see the same option in the latest version of SAP Authenticator app in the SETTINGS--> SAP AUTHENTICATOR

Here are the other 2 issue that we are observing :

1. We are forced to enter the password of Identity provider 3 times. I am thinking it is because of the missing Mobile SIngleSignOn option in the app as stated above ?

2. The relaystate redirection is not picked up automatically , the workaround was to insert the default application path in the "Service Provider SAML " configuration, so that it defaults to the right application.

Any advice is appreciated.
