Please check below steps.

Firstly we need to check KP26 activity price is updated in combination of respective period / Cost center /  Activity  Type  , if Price is not updated please update and check.

After update of Activity Price also still the issue persists

Please check inn OKKN - for the valuation Variant and Plant assignment :

If plant assignment assignment was no done please maintain the same.

Now your  issue  "No control record for Activity type XXXX/Cost center XXXXX / Activity Type XXXXX in Version 001 / 2015 activity planning/ QTY"   will resolved.
